Xoralia 3.9 release notes

Highlights of this release:

Xoralia landing page

Xoralia’s landing page went from being “Documents I must read” to “My dashboard”, providing a more comprehensive view of all outstanding tasks for the user to see immediately when opening Xoralia for the day.

Declaration feature (can be used for conflict of interest)

The new declaration feature allows for Document Owners to request additional information/confirmation/clarification from the reader when attempting to attest to reading a document. Declarations can also be added even after attestation has been completed, providing a way of update or additional/new declarations. Upon declaration, the Document Owner and the Line Manager will be informed by email and the information will be captured in the Xoralia read report and global compliance reports.

Declaration feature

The feature must be allowed at library level by the Xoralia admin before Document Owners can request declaration from a document-by-document level.

Workflow: Single response required

Often documents only require approval from one mandatory recipient before the document owner should be able to progress to the new stage (whether it be another review, approval or to publishing). Xoralia’s new functionality to require only a single response from the mandatory reviewers/approvers will assist in meeting your organisational processes and ensuring document updates are kept efficient and automated where possible.

Workflow: Single response required

Workflow: Custom message upon publishing

To provide a custom message (for example a reminder) to document owners following a workflow template (set by the workflow administrator or owner) you can set a message in the workflow builder.

Line Manager weekly report

To keep Line Managers updated and informed on their team’s overdue items, Xoralia’s weekly email notification that is received on Wednesday highlights all overdue items, now including reviews and approvals.
