This page is built as the policy centre for the Mexico operating company in a large multi-national. The page shows all the documents relevant to Mexican staff but also shows important global documents.
Onboarding page
This page is for new employees joining Xenergi in the UK. The page contains a welcome video and other onboarding information including policy documents and important training resources that new starters must read in week 1.
Policy centre
This page acts as a central place to go if looking for a policy document. There's a powerful keyword search with custom filters. Links on the left direct users to other parts of the policy centre.
Intranet homepage
Xoralia web parts can be dropped onto your intranet homepage. This is a great way of raising awareness of policies and procedures and bringing them front and centre on the intranet.
Policy governance
Some of the Xoralia web parts are for people involved in the business of managing policies. There are web parts for document owners, compliance staff, reviewers, and approvers.
Important
Whilst some of these pages look very simple, it's important to note that each web part has Xoralia controlling the documents behind the scenes. That means:
Single source of truth - even though a document may appear across multiple pages, there is only one document. There are no copies.
Only the latest version is being shown, old versions are stored carefully away
Document attestations are recorded where needed
If required, Xoralia can prevent printing or downloads
Xoralia controls all the metadata related to documents
Users can use powerful search and the Xoralia AI Q&A bot
