Xoralia 3.3.4 release notes
Highlights of this release:
Manual synchronisation
If it is required to manually prompt the synchronisation of documents, document libraries, users and groups – Xoralia’s new Synchronisations menu in Settings (available to Xoralia admins only) will allow for the manual commencement of the process.
Document Owners will also be able to run the documents synchronisation if they are pending updates to be pushed through from SharePoint and want to expedite the process.
‘Add document’ permissions
Add document has been removed for Document Owners by default, and is only available for Xoralia admins. A new permissions structure is going to be added in our next release to allow for the configuration on who can create new or upload documents from the Xoralia interface.
Favourite a document library
The capability to favourite a document library has been added, increasing the functionality to cater for favouriting documents, document libraries and collections.
