What pricing model do you offer?
We offer different subscription plans based upon the quantity of users. Please visit our pricing page for the latest subscription plans and their features.
Is there a limit to the amount of users who can use Xoralia?
Our subscription levels cater to any range of users, simply choose your required user amount when purchasing a subscription. If you would like to increase your user range, please contact support and we can upgrade your subscription level.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription simply email us at support@xoralia.com or call +44 (0)20 4534 3460. Please note, subscriptions must be canceled in writing no later than 60 days prior to renewal.
Can you assist with the installation and what does it involve?
Yes, we provide guided installation. Installation typically takes less than 15 minutes and only involves you accepting the Enterprise Application that we will provide you with at the time of setup. If you’d like more information, please contact our support team to find out more.
Do you offer product training?
Yes, we offer product training tailored to your needs. In general the training will be delivered remotely by one of our trainers using screen sharing software such as Microsoft Teams.
