Architecture

Documents, policies and their metadata live in the customer’s SharePoint Online environment. Xoralia is a Software-as-a-Service hosted by the vendor on Azure. Xoralia interacts with your SharePoint and Azure AD and performs the following functions:

  • Serves up a user-friendly front-end for any document libraries that you specify
  • Provides audience targeting via AD, AD groups and Office 365 groups
  • Pushes notifications into email, Teams and SharePoint (via a Xoralia webpart)
  • Provides reporting for document owners and admins.
  • Monitors AD groups and Office 365 groups for membership changes i.e. joiners and leavers. (NB it only monitors groups specified by document owners.)
