Go-live checklist
The Go Live Checklist is designed to confirm all technical, communication, and policy setup steps are complete before launch. To ensure a smooth transition, the Xoralia Customer Success team will host a Go Live check-in session with you to review the checklist, answer questions, and make sure you’re fully supported and ready for go-live.

Verify document owner and reader permissions & AD groups.

Configure SharePoint document libraries (exclude from SharePoint search).

Share Xoralia URL or pin in Teams.

Deliver internal communications & onboarding sessions.

Communicate go-live plan and expectations.

Decommission old site (withdraw SharePoint permissions if appropriate).

Announce go-live and let users know what to expect.
