At minimum: a central, searchable library; version control that scales with volume; role- and location-based targeting; employee attestation with reporting; and automated review cycles so updates don’t depend on one person remembering. If your organisation is on Microsoft 365, native SharePoint integration is worth prioritising over a standalone system with its own login.
