Xoralia 3.8 release notes
Highlights of this release:
Upgraded user dashboards, providing Line Managers better visibility. Group document ownership allows for dynamic and role based ownership. New permission level for Xoralia data oversight.
Document owners can be Groups
If documents are owned by a number of people, Xoralia now allows for Active Directory Groups to be named as Document Owners (instead of requiring people to be named individually).
This poses an extra benefit when a document is owned by a regularly changing position or by an Executive team (as an example).
Note: The group must first exist in SharePoint first before owners will be able to change ownership of a document to a group directly in Xoralia.
My dashboard upgrade: includes reviews and approvals
My dashboard details attestation, reviews and approvals alongside all my user activity – helping to make pending tasks quicker to access and historic tasks easier to see in one place. This enhancement also allows Line Managers to keep a track of their team’s outstanding and overdue tasks.
Compliance administrator permission
Grant a user access to the Xoralia global reports to analyse data without making them a Xoralia admin.
Map “Content type” in Xoralia library settings to assist
Make the content type of a document more visible to document owners, reviewers and approvers as a document moves through a workflow.
Draft archive enhancement
Each document card now highlights which Version a draft was ahead of publishing and the date it was published at the newest Version – information for ease of findability and traceability.
Document information report
The custom metadata against each document have been added to assist Xoralia admins to trace document metadata from an administrative and global level
